We place particular emphasis on the design of the transfer process, as this is where knowledge acquired during training is converted into practical competence and thereby into commercial success. In order to guarantee the best possible learning transfer and encourage sustainability in the implementation process, we supplement the modules with transfer measures chosen in consultation with you, e.g. coaching sessions, accompanying business projects, individual personal development plans, approaches to blended learning, learning nuggets or the formation of peer groups.
